Reservation details & cancellation policy
When booking by phone, identify yourself as part of the Professional Women’s Conference and provide group code DMS2026 to receive the group rate. To book online, enter the same code on Blue Chip’s group reservations page.
All reservations must be guaranteed with a first-night room deposit or a credit card. Credit card payment for the first night’s room and tax is required to confirm your reservation. A receipt will be included with your confirmation information.
Individual reservations that are not cancelled at least 48 hours before arrival will be charged for the first night’s room and tax. Full refunds may be issued provided cancellation occurs at least 48 hours before arrival.
