You belong here. As you are.
You’re juggling a lot. Let’s make room for you.
The full calendar. The tough conversation. The post you’re overthinking. The AI tool you haven’t tried. Bring what’s on your mind and spend a day with women who get it—and speakers with practical ideas for the work and life you’re living right now.
REAL LIFE. REAL QUESTIONS. A DAY FOR YOU.
What do you need right now?
Maybe you’re ready to speak up. Maybe you need better boundaries, a stronger circle, or a little help figuring out AI. Follow your curiosity and build a day around what you need most.
Remember what you bring.
Find your voice, understand your presence, and give yourself permission to be seen. Bring that confidence into the rooms you’re already in.
Start with confidence →Find your people.
Think about who’s in your corner, how you lead, and the conversations you’ve been putting off. Growth gets easier when you have people and tools to help.
Build your table →Make room for what matters.
Put your time, content, and technology to better use. And if you’re running on empty, find practical ways to reset and make room for what fills you up.
Build resilience for the hard days →Mix and match the topics that speak to you. Choose one session per breakout round using the schedule.
A LITTLE LAUGHTER. A BIG SHIFT.
Meet the voices that move you.
Make room for a fresh perspective—and a little more belief in yourself.

You’ve Got This. But Who’s Got You?
The Hope Discipline: For Women Who Keep Showing Up
Running on empty—and still showing up for everyone else? Buffy shares practical ways to stay steady, reset during stressful days, and choose what to carry—and what to set down. Small changes can build real resilience.
Session details & takeaways
Hope isn’t a feeling that shows up when life calms down. It’s a discipline you practice, especially when you’re running on empty.
In this workshop, Buffy, “Your Official Hope Dealer,” shows women how to stay steady when the hard days stack up. You’ll learn how your thoughts and words shape your daily experience, how to reset your nervous system in the middle of a stressful day, and how to choose what you carry and what you set down.
You’ll leave with simple, practical steps you can use right away, because small changes build real resilience. If you’re exhausted, stretched thin, and still showing up for everyone else, this session is for you.
What you’ll take away
- Start your day on purpose. Use three short morning statements—before the phone, before the news, before the world gets a vote—to set your mindset and practice hope as a daily discipline.
- Build margin before a crisis. Spot the difference between everyday exhaustion and crisis exhaustion, and refill your tank now so you have something left when the storm hits.
- Turn your tired into information. Stop treating exhaustion as failure. Pause, get quiet, and ask what it’s trying to teach you.
- Move before you feel motivated. Take the first small step and let motivation catch up, instead of waiting for the perfect moment.
- Hold the rope for others. Show up, sit down, say “me too,” and be the person who makes someone else feel less alone.
Plus, a worksheet to take home: All workshop participants receive a helpful worksheet to clear the noise and reclaim time for things that fill you up instead of drain you.
