General Information
Media credentials are granted at the sole discretion of NWIIWA/PWC. Approved applicants will receive registration details and must check in on-site. Credentials should be worn at all times and are non-transferable.
Who Qualifies
To be approved, applicants must:
Represent a legitimate news outlet whose primary focus is the dissemination of public news or editorial content.
Ensure all published work includes a byline.
Provide editor or producer contact information.
Use of Credentials
Credentials are issued for editorial purposes only. Any promotional or commercial use of photos, videos, or written materials requires prior written approval from NWIIWA. Unauthorized use may result in revocation of credentials and removal from the event.
Please note:
Exclusive access to presenters or NWIIWA/PWC personnel is not guaranteed and may be arranged only through NWIIWA/PWC’s communications team.
Professional Conduct
Media representatives are expected to maintain professional decorum at all times. Displaying or promoting any unrelated product or service while credentialed will result in loss of media privileges.
Content and Rights
Credentialed media may be asked to tag or post to NWIIWA/PWC’s official social channels where appropriate.
By attending, you grant NWIIWA/PWC the right to use images, video, and written coverage for promotional or archival purposes, with full credit given to your publication.
Liability Notice
NWIIWA/PWC and its affiliates are not responsible for theft or damage to personal equipment. Credentialed media and their organizations assume all risks associated with attending or covering the event and agree to hold NWIIWA/PWC harmless from any related claims or losses.
